Terms of Service

  • Commissions will only be in my own art styles as seen in the portfolio.

  • Please be as detailed and specific as possible when describing your order. May you also accompany the order description with reference pictures. This will allow for a smoother and efficient service.

  • It is within the artist's right to decline any commission.

  • The total cost of the order will be separated into two equal halves: the initial half and the final half. The initial half will be asked of you to start your order. The final will be asked of you after the order is complete.

  • The modes of payment are as follows: Gcash, PayPal

  • Refunds will only be available before your order has started being worked on. You may not ask for a refund while the order is on-going.

  • Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Orders requesting to trace and copy another artist's work will be denied service.

  • Commission orders will follow the "first come, first serve" rule. If an earlier deadline is needed, please mention it when first contacting me.

  • Turnaround time will vary according to the number of the piece and complexity of the order.

  • Please be in contact. Updates will be sent and shown to you and feedback is needed to continue the progress. If there is no contact from you, you are responsible for the delay of the final product.

  • No revisions will be made once the piece is already in color. Please note that the coloring stage will only begin once you give feedback give consent to continue on with the piece, otherwise revisions will be made before the coloring stage.

  • All commissioned work ultimately belongs to me, dian.varia, and I will be allowed to post the works in social media.
